Shipping Policy

Standard 3-5 day shipping via Royal Mail will be available for all products.

If your item does not arrive within the 3-5 days, you must get into contact with Pristine pcs and your delivery fee will be returned.

All deliveries will be able to be tracked.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you want to return your item within 10-14 days get into contact with us so we can process your refund request. Custom pc build will be able to be returned, but you will not receive a refund for the labour fee.

All repairs are non-refundable.
